Subscription Billing
All subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe, our secure payment processor. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it.
- Billing occurs on the same day each month
- Credits are allocated at the beginning of each billing cycle
- Unused credits do not roll over to the next month
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here's what happens when you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You can continue to use your remaining credits until the period ends
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time
Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not provided once credits have been used for video generation. However, we understand that special circumstances may arise.
When We Provide Refunds:
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error
- Technical Failures: If video generation failed due to our system errors (credits will be refunded)
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription
- Subscription Errors: If you were billed after canceling your subscription
When We Do Not Provide Refunds:
- Credits have already been used for successful video generation
- You changed your mind after subscribing and using credits
- You forgot to cancel before the next billing cycle
- You violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
Credit Refunds for Failed Generations
If a video generation fails due to a system error on our end:
- Credits will be automatically refunded to your account
- You will receive a notification about the refund
- The refunded credits can be used immediately for another generation
